What are your Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-In time: 2:00pm
Check-Out time: 12:00am
Is a deposit required at time of check-in?
Yes, credit card for room charges and eventual extras or cash deposit are requested at check-in.
What are your breakfast hours?
Breakfast is served each morning at the Gastro Bar on floor 9 from 7:00am to 10:30am.
Buffet breakfast is at the charge of 28.10 EUR per adult per day if not included in the rate for the accommodation.
Continental breakfast is at the charge of 13.30 EUR per adult per day (not included in any rate for accommodation).
English breakfast is at the charge of 26.60 EUR per adult per day (not included in any rate for accommodation).
Children above 13 years old are charged as an adult.
Children below 13 years old enjoy complimentary breakfast if such is included for their parents.
Is your Wi- FI free of charge?
Yes, complimentary Cisco Meraki Wi -FI is included for all our guests.
What is your pet policy?
All pets welcomed at 30EUR per night cleaning fee; Guide dogs only at no additional charge.
Is Sense WELLNESS access included in the room rate?
Yes, all hotel guests receive complimentary access to the Sense Wellness including swimming pool, sauna and steam bath.
For our little guests
Children under 14 years of age use the services* of the wellness center only if
accompanied by a supervising adult and only during the specified hours.
*Children under 14 years are allowed to use the swimming pool, hot and cold
tubs. Children under 14 years are not allowed to use the other facilities.
The use is entirely at the responsibility and risk of the accompanying adult,
and Sense Wellness cannot be held liable for any injuries/endangerment of the
child’s health and safety.
For children under 2 years of age, wearing a diaper is mandatory when visiting.
Available Hours for children under the age of 14 are Monday - Friday – 4:00PM –
5:00PM, Saturday - Sunday – 9:00AM - 10:00AM.
Do you have smoking rooms?
Sense Hotel Sofia is a smoke free property and all our 71 rooms are non-smoking.
Our Executive Rooms and Suites on floors 7 and 8 provide terraces where smoking is allowed.
Do you have parking available?
Yes, we do have an underground parking and the surcharge is 30 EUR per 24 hours.
Since our parking spots are limited prior reservation is required.
Is the Rooftop Bar accessible for non-hotel guests?
Yes, our Rooftop Bar is accessible to the general public however prior reservation is required.

Is music from the Rooftop Bar heard in the Executive Rooms and Sense Suites?
Please note that music from the Rooftop Bar might be heard in the Executive Rooms on 7th and 8th floor.
Is it possible to provide an extra bed in the room?
Extra bed could be provided in some room types.

Yes, we do offer private transfer upon prior request and availability.
