HR & TEAM COORDINATOR

Main responsibilities:
  • Supporting the daily administrative activities of the hotel
  • Preparation and maintenance of official documentation
  • Assistance in hiring and firing employees
  • Communication with external partners (payroll, accounting)
  • Tracking absences, schedules and official notes
  • Support in the introduction of new employees
  • Assistance with internal HR activities and process improvement
