HR & TEAM COORDINATOR
We are looking for a teammate to support the administrative activities and HR processes in the hotel and to be part of building a stable, motivated and well-functioning team.
With us, it is not mandatory to have previous HR experience - the desire to learn, good organization and a positive attitude are more important.

Main responsibilities:
- Supporting the daily administrative activities of the hotel
- Preparation and maintenance of official documentation
- Assistance in hiring and firing employees
- Communication with external partners (payroll, accounting)
- Tracking absences, schedules and official notes
- Support in the introduction of new employees
- Assistance with internal HR activities and process improvement
