- Responsible for and manning the sales floor and event areas;
- Prepares and refills coffee breaks, provides room set-up, serves, uncater, and attends all event related functions;
- Responsible for and services all other outlets in the hotel - bar/restaurant/room service when needed;
- Attends and participates in weekly meetings regarding upcoming events with Sales Manager;
- Communicates with Sales Manager regarding event updates and organization updates accordingly;
- Communication and welcoming of guests;
- Communication and coordination with kitchen regarding buffet arrangements, food items, etc.
- Maintaining Par levels and giving orders regarding entrusted stock;
- Daily administrative duties such as logging of goods;
- Providing feedback after each event as per internal rules.
