• Responsible for and manning the sales floor and event areas;
  • Prepares and refills coffee breaks, provides room set-up, serves, uncater, and attends all event related functions;
  • Responsible for and services all other outlets in the hotel - bar/restaurant/room service when needed;
  • Attends and participates in weekly meetings regarding upcoming events with Sales Manager;
  • Communicates with Sales Manager regarding event updates and organization updates accordingly;
  • Communication and welcoming of guests;
  • Communication and coordination with kitchen regarding buffet arrangements, food items, etc.
  • Maintaining Par levels and giving orders regarding entrusted stock;
  • Daily administrative duties such as logging of goods;
  • Providing feedback after each event as per internal rules.
