Chef/Sous Chef at Sense Rooftop Bar
The boutique 5-star Sense Hotel, with an excellent location, is a perfect destination for many foreign and Bulgarian guests visiting the city of Sofia. Our mission is to ensure an incredible stay and conditions for our guests.
In terms of year-round employment and a permanent contract, we are looking to join our team with new responsible and energetic people for the position of chef.
Requirements:
- Suitable education and qualification;
- Experience in a similar position (experience in a restaurant/hotel is an advantage);
- Teamwork skills;
- Creativity and desire for improvement;
- Responsible attitude, discipline, energy and desire for development;
Main duties:
- Prepares and arranges culinary products for breakfast that meet the set standards and expectations of guests;
- Follows the instructions for all food preparation activities, in order to achieve the highest quality;
- Works closely with other team members to prepare and issue food in a timely and correct manner;
- Proper attitude to the material base and maintaining high hygiene;
