Chef / Cook
We are expecting:
- Appropriate education and qualifications
- Experience in a similar position
- Knowledge, compliance and record keeping of HACCP requirements.
- English at a working level is an advantage
- Prepares and arranges culinary produce that meets set standards and guest expectations
- Follows prescriptions on all food preparation activities in order to achieve the highest quality
- Works closely with other team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation and issue
