Chef / Cook

We are expecting:
  • Appropriate education and qualifications
  • Experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge, compliance and record keeping of HACCP requirements.
  • English at a working level is an advantage
  • Prepares and arranges culinary produce that meets set standards and guest expectations
  • Follows prescriptions on all food preparation activities in order to achieve the highest quality
  • Works closely with other team members to ensure timely and correct food preparation and issue
